Plan Review or Design
Next, we review your current plan (or design a new one) to make sure eligibility, matching, and features fit your business and employees.
Setup & Coordination
We’ll walk you through everything needed to get your plan set up — working with you, your advisor, and your recordkeeper to make sure everything connects smoothly.

We’ll schedule a short intro call to learn more about your plan and goals. From there, we’ll outline next steps — no pressure or sales pitch.

Most plans can transition in about 2–4 weeks. We’ll coordinate directly with your recordkeeper and advisor so there’s no disruption for employees.

No. We work with your existing recordkeeper — whoever that may be — as long as they allow the use of an outside TPA. In most cases, there’s no need to make any changes to your current setup.

Yes! We regularly partner with advisors and CPAs to make plan management easier for everyone.

Annual testing and filings take place after the plan year ends. We’ll reach out early in the new year with next steps and deadlines, and keep you updated until everything’s complete.
